V12 Finance FAQ

How To Apply

Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available finance options. We have many terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, or 48 months. You will only be able to select the finance options applicable depending on the value of your order and if it is on sale.
You can choose to increase your deposit at the payment stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, click on the "Place Order" button.
You will then be taken to the application form for your Credit plan on the V12 Finance website. Enter all of the information that applies to you.
V12 Finance will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
V12 Finance will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY dispatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful and you have paid your deposit.

Order Returns

Please note when considering returning items bought with V12 Finance, the order must be returned in full to Chisholm Hunter. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through V12 Finance, but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.

Declined Applications

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instructions on how to dispute the decision.

Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for a free Chisholm Hunter Watch Winder, purchases must include a minimum spend of £1,000 on a single full-priced pre-owned watch (exclusions apply to selected brands – see ‘Exclusions’ section), in one single transaction. Promotion excludes discounted (sale) watches, and vouchers or discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our free Gift offer. Gifts are available depending on minimum spend. Returns

For customers who purchase online and wish to return a qualifying watch purchased during this promotion, the customer must return both their watch winder and original qualifying watch purchased together un-used for a full refund.

If the free watch winder is not returned unused with the watch when refunded, Chisholm Hunter reserves the right to deduct the value of the watch winder from the refund value.

In addition, for purchases made by V12 Retail Finance, a refund will not be given unless the Gift(s) are returned unused.

We hope that you love your Chisholm Hunter purchase, however on the occasion that you're not entirely happy, you can return it to us and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund up until 14 days from the day the item is signed for, or an exchange for 28 days from the time the item is signed for.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging, complete with any paperwork and have the security tag still intact.

Bespoke, Made To Order or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A timeless collection since 1994, the OMEGA De Ville Prestige is now in its third generation. Continuing to represent classical design and refined elegance, the timepieces offer a range of patterns, finishes and colours to suit different lifestyles and personalities. In this 27.5 mm stainless steel - 18K yellow gold model, the dial is crafted from white mother-of-pearl. The display is distinguished by yellow gold-plated hands, as well as alternating Roman numerals and cabochon indexes. The pure look of the timepiece is completed by a full caseback embossed with a God Chronos medallion. This watch is presented on a stainless steel - yellow gold bracelet and is driven by the OMEGA Quartz Calibre 4061, with a battery life of at least 48 months.
