Royal Mail Strike Information - Please note that due to Royal Mail strike action, there may be some delays to deliveries.
We apologise for any delays to your order. We advise that the best way to guarantee your item is with you promptly is to arrange Click & Collect at your local Chisholm Hunter or Barclays Diamonds.
Express Delivery orders over £350 are sent via DPD in most instances and therefore not directly impacted. However, due to increased volumes in the DPD network, some areas may be indirectly affected, please visit DPD Service Disruption for more information.
Delivery Information

Standard Delivery
Free on orders over £50, £3.95 for orders under £50
- Delivery is within 2-3 working days
- Your order will be delivered by either DPD or by Royal Mail Tracked 48
- You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking link
Express Delivery
Order before 12pm (Monday to Friday) for next-day delivery
Free on Orders over £350, £5.95 for orders under £350.
- All orders over £350 are eligible for free DPD Next Day or Royal Mail Express Delivery service depending on the despatch location
- A delivery charge of £5.95 applies to purchases under £350
- Delivery will be made next working day from date of despatch
- Please be aware we only deliver to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland
Bespoke Orders
- Please note, the last day to order a bespoke design in time for Christmas is 5th November.

Collect in Store
You can choose to collect your order from any of our 27 boutiques across the UK, free of charge. We aim to ensure that your order is ready for collection within 3 working days from the date of order. A member of our store team will contact you via telephone or email when your order is in your chosen store awaiting location, we ask that you bring the below with you when collection your order. If valid ID is not presented at the time of collection, the order cannot be supplied.
A valid form of ID:
- UK Driving Licence
- EU Photo-card Driving Licence
- Valid Passport
- Identification card bearing the PASS hologram
- Utility bill or bank statement from within the last 3 months
Customer must present the credit/debit card that was used to pay for the original order. The credit card type must match what is stated on the order form e.g Visa Delta, Mastercard.
The order confirmation e-mail from Website, customer can show printed or confirmation via their mobile device.

We do not take responsibility for any delivery delays or problems out-with our control caused by Royal Mail or any other carrier, we will do everything we can to help resolve any delivery issues. You will be responsible for the items as soon as they are delivered.
