V12 Finance FAQ

How To Apply

Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available finance options. We have many terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, or 48 months. You will only be able to select the finance options applicable depending on the value of your order and if it is on sale.
You can choose to increase your deposit at the payment stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, click on the "Place Order" button.
You will then be taken to the application form for your Credit plan on the V12 Finance website. Enter all of the information that applies to you.
V12 Finance will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
V12 Finance will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY dispatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful and you have paid your deposit.

Order Returns

Please note when considering returning items bought with V12 Finance, the order must be returned in full to Chisholm Hunter. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through V12 Finance, but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.

Declined Applications

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instructions on how to dispute the decision.

Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for a free Chisholm Hunter Watch Winder, purchases must include a minimum spend of £1,000 on a single full-priced pre-owned watch (exclusions apply to selected brands – see ‘Exclusions’ section), in one single transaction. Exclusions

Returns

For customers who purchase online and wish to return a qualifying watch purchased during this promotion, the customer must return both their watch winder and original qualifying watch purchased together un-used for a full refund.

If the free watch winder is not returned unused with the watch when refunded, Chisholm Hunter reserves the right to deduct the value of the watch winder from the refund value.

In addition, for purchases made by V12 Retail Finance, a refund will not be given unless the Gift(s) are returned unused.

Returns Policy

For the Christmas season, we are pleased to offer an extended returns window.

We will arrange an exchange or refund for website purchases made from Monday, 6th October 2025 up until Sunday 4th January 2026*, provided items are returned unused, in their original packaging with no alterations, including security tags and accompanied by the guarantee and proof of purchase. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
