V12 Finance FAQ

How To Apply

Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available finance options. We have many terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, or 48 months. You will only be able to select the finance options applicable depending on the value of your order and if it is on sale.
You can choose to increase your deposit at the payment stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, click on the "Place Order" button.
You will then be taken to the application form for your Credit plan on the V12 Finance website. Enter all of the information that applies to you.
V12 Finance will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
V12 Finance will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY dispatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful and you have paid your deposit.

Order Returns

Please note when considering returning items bought with V12 Finance, the order must be returned in full to Chisholm Hunter. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through V12 Finance, but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.

Declined Applications

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instructions on how to dispute the decision.

Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for a free Gift Card, purchases must include a minimum spend of £1,000 on a single full-priced watch (exclusions apply to selected brands – see ‘Exclusions’ section), in one single transaction. Promotion excludes pre-owned watches or discounted (sale) watches, and vouchers or discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our free Gift offer. When Will I Receive My Gift Card?

Online purchases will receive an e-gift card via email 30 days after the order has been delivered.

In-store purchases will receive a physical Gift Card when completing any qualifying purchase in-store.

The promotional Gift Card must be used in full or part payment, in one single transaction only. Any remaining unspent balance will be deducted to zero after the transaction.

Free £150 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch purchases £1,000 - £1,999.99.

Free £300 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch purchases £2,000 - £4,999.99.

Free £500 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch purchases £5,000 and above.

One single Gift Card will be available per qualifying watch purchased, per customer. For every additional qualifying watch purchased, an additional Gift Card will be available.

If a Gift Card is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Chisholm Hunter's control, a Gift which in Chisholm Hunter's sole discretion is of equal or greater value will be provided.

Exclusions

This promotion excludes all OMEGA, Breitling, pre-owned, limited edition, and/or discounted (sale) watches.

VIP / Black Friday Offers – Exclusion:

The free gift card promotion is not available in conjunction with any Black Friday offers, discounts, price reductions, multi-buy promotions, or any other promotional activity running during the Black Friday period. Returns

For customers who purchase online and wish to return a qualifying watch purchased during this promotion, the customer must return both their e-gift voucher and original qualifying watch purchased together un-used for a full refund.

If the free e-gift voucher is not returned unused with the watch when refunded, Chisholm Hunter reserves the right to deduct the value of the e-gift voucher from the refund value.

In addition, for purchases made by V12 Retail Finance, a refund will not be given unless the Gift(s) are returned unused.

We hope that you love your Chisholm Hunter purchase, however on the occasion that you're not entirely happy, you can return it to us and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund up until 14 days from the day the item is signed for, or an exchange for 28 days from the time the item is signed for.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging, complete with any paperwork and have the security tag still intact.

Bespoke, Made To Order or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Description

Tested by the Federal Institute of Metrology or METAS, this model is the epitome of high-tech aesthetic language. Its matt black ceramic elements, charcoal dial and black hands, including lume, accentuate the Black Bay Ceramic’s outstanding performance. Ceramic is a difficult material to work with, but now TUDOR has developed a matching ceramic bracelet with ergonomic qualities that serve as testament to the brand’s mastery of technical innovation, as well as a new aesthetic in line with TUDOR’s tradition of "going dark".

Its matt black monobloc ceramic case has sand-blasted surfaces with bevelled edges, mirror-polished for a striking contrast, and is finished with very pronounced lines. The insert of its rotatable bezel is also in black ceramic with a sunray satin finish. The engraved graduations in matching tones offer an additional complementary matt detail, which responds subtly to changes in light.
