First seen on the wrist of race icon Steve McQueen, known as 'The King of Cool', in the classic film le Mans in 1969, the Monaco remains a timeless icon of revolutionary design. This automatic chronograph is THE original model, and with a Swiss made Calibre 11 movement, is the very first square and water resistant chronograph watch in the world. The main feature of this iconic watch, which still features on models today, is the famous crown on the left; this was originally the way of showing that the manual win function was no longer necessary.
