How To Apply
  1. Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.

  4. You will be shown a Klarna pop-up to complete your purchase. Enter all of the information that applies to you or login to your Klarna account if you have purchased using Klarna before.
  5. Klarna will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY dispatch your order once we have received notification that your Klarna payment has been successful.
Order Returns

Providing your purchase meets the returns criteria, please raise a return request as normal and the money will be refunded to your Klarna account once your return has been processed.

Declined Applications

If you are not accepted by Klarna, alternate methods of payment are available that will allow you to complete your purchase.

The insurance is administered by T H March & Co. Limited. They are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This may be checked on the Financial Services Register on the FCA’s website.

It is important you read the certificate as this details the terms, conditions, and any restrictions in cover.

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your Chisholm Hunter purchase, however on the occasion that you're not entirely happy, you can return it to us and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund up until 14 days from the day the item is signed for, or an exchange for 28 days from the time the item is signed for.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging, complete with any paperwork and have the security tag still intact.
