For the Christmas season, we are pleased to offer an extended returns window.

For the Christmas season, we are pleased to offer an extended returns window. We will arrange an exchange or refund for website purchases made from Monday, 26th October 2026 to Christmas Day 25th December 2026*. Returns for purchases made during this period can be made up until Monday 4th January 2027*, provided items are returned unused, in their original packaging with no alterations, including security tags and accompanied by the guarantee and proof of purchase.
