How To Apply

Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available finance options. We have many terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, or 48 months. You will only be able to select the finance options applicable depending on the value of your order and if it is on sale.
You can choose to increase your deposit at the payment stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, click on the "Place Order" button.
You will then be taken to the application form for your Credit plan on the V12 Finance website. Enter all of the information that applies to you.
V12 Finance will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
V12 Finance will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY dispatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful and you have paid your deposit.

Order Returns

Please note when considering returning items bought with V12 Finance, the order must be returned in full to Chisholm Hunter. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through V12 Finance, but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.

Declined Applications

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instructions on how to dispute the decision.

Promotion excludes pre-owned watches or discounted (sale) watches, and vouchers or discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our free Gift offer. When Will I Receive My Gift Card?

Online purchases will receive an e-gift card via email 30 days after the order has been delivered.

In-store purchases will receive a physical Gift Card when completing any qualifying purchase in-store.

The promotional Gift Card must be used in full or part payment, in one single transaction only. Any remaining unspent balance will be deducted to zero after the transaction.

One single Gift Card will be available per qualifying watch purchased, per customer. For every additional qualifying watch purchased, an additional Gift Card will be available.

If a Gift Card is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Chisholm Hunter's control, a Gift which in Chisholm Hunter's sole discretion is of equal or greater value will be provided.

Exclusions

This promotion excludes all OMEGA, Breitling, pre-owned, limited edition, scarcities and/or discounted (sale) watches.

Vouchers or discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our free Gift Card offer (regardless of gift type).

Customers must choose either the voucher/discount code or free Gift but not both.

Returns

For customers who purchase online and wish to return a qualifying watch purchased during this promotion, the customer must return both their e-gift voucher and original qualifying watch purchased together un-used for a full refund.

If the free e-gift voucher is not returned unused with the watch when refunded, Chisholm Hunter reserves the right to deduct the value of the e-gift voucher from the refund value.

In addition, for purchases made by V12 Retail Finance, a refund will not be given unless the Gift(s) are returned unused.

We hope that you love your Chisholm Hunter purchase, however on the occasion that you're not entirely happy, you can return it to us and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund up until 14 days from the day the item is signed for, or an exchange for 28 days from the time the item is signed for.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging, complete with any paperwork and have the security tag still intact.

Bespoke, Made To Order or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Le Grande Classique de Longines embodies classic elegance while maintaining all of the recognisable characteristics of the original collections that inspired it, including displaying the widely recognisable winged hourglass logo. This elegant ladies timepiece reflects those characteristics with its classically slim and round 24mm case, with yellow PVD coating. This refined bezel accentuates the stunning mother of pearl dial, simple black hands and the 12 Top Wesselton VS-SI diamond indices totalling 0.048 carats. Protecting the dial is a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The yellow PVD coating continues down to the bracelet, with triple safety folding clasp and push-piece opening mechanism. This elegant piece is water resistant to 30 meters, and powered by an L209 Quartz movement. All Longines watches are presented with a 2-year international warranty and Longines packaging.
