1. Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
2. Select "Klarna" from the payment options. Klarna currently offers Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 Days. You will only be able to select Klarna at checkout depending on the value of your order.
3. After selecting one of the "Klarna" payment options, click on the "Place Order" button.
4. You will be shown a Klarna pop-up to complete your purchase. Enter all of the information that applies to you or login to your Klarna account if you have purchased using Klarna before.
5. Klarna will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY dispatch your order once we have received notification that your Klarna payment has been successful.

Providing your purchase meets the returns criteria, please raise a return request as normal and the money will be refunded to your Klarna account once your return has been processed.

If you are not accepted by Klarna, alternate methods of payment are available that will allow you to complete your purchase.
