When Will I Receive My Gift Card?

Online purchases will receive an e-gift card via email 30 days after the order has been delivered.

In-store purchases will receive a physical Gift Card when completing any qualifying purchase in-store.

Gifts are available via qualifying purchases made online at www.chisholmhunter.co.uk and at all Chisholm Hunter stores nationwide.

The promotional Gift Card must be used in full or part payment, in one single transaction only. Any remaining unspent balance will be deducted to zero after the transaction.

Free £150 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch purchases £1,000 - £1,999.99.

Free £300 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch and diamond purchases £2,000 - £4,999.99.

Free £400 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch and diamond purchases £5,000 and above.

One single Gift Card will be available per qualifying product purchased, per customer. For every additional qualifying product purchased, an additional Gift Card will be available.

If a Gift Card is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Chisholm Hunter's control, a Gift which in Chisholm Hunter's sole discretion is of equal or greater value will be provided.

Exclusions

Returns

For customers who purchase online and wish to return a qualifying watch purchased during this promotion, the customer must return both their e-gift voucher and original qualifying watch purchased together un-used for a full refund.

If the free e-gift voucher is not returned unused with the watch when refunded, Chisholm Hunter reserves the right to deduct the value of the e-gift voucher from the refund value.

In addition, for purchases made by V12 Retail Finance, a refund will not be given unless the Gift(s) are returned unused.

We hope that you love your Chisholm Hunter purchase, however on the occasion that you're not entirely happy, you can return it to us and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund up until 14 days from the day the item is signed for, or an exchange for 28 days from the time the item is signed for.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging, complete with any paperwork and have the security tag still intact.

Bespoke, Made To Order or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The Fifty Fathoms collection was developed as Jean-Jacques Fiechter, an avid diver, noticed a gap in the market for a diver’s watch that maintained its performance and accuracy deep underwater. This impressive diver’s timepiece boasts a 45mm titanium case with a unidirectional sapphire bezel and luminescent indexes and hands for readability when diving or in low-light conditions. Presented on a navy fabric strap with matching dial, this timepiece is powered by the Blancpain caliber 25C movement and is water resistant up to 300 metres.
