Chisholm Hunter are delighted to announce the opening in Spring/Summer 21 of the Vacheron Constantin Boutique in the heart of the city centre in Edinburgh. This is the first Vacheron Constantin Boutique in the UK, outside of London.

We are looking for a Boutique Manager who is as exceptional as this brand to lead the team and deliver a strong brand presence in Edinburgh.

In order to be successful, we are looking for someone with:

Your Profile

Previous experience in managing a team by leading, motivating, training and developing through active management (KPI management)

Very good general education, sense for etiquette and presentation

Strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics, and proactive approach

Very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele. Able to develop a network

Very good organisational skills, at ease with performance management and analytical tools

Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and another language is a plus.

The Job Description - Boutique Management, CRM & KPIs

  • Driving, monitoring and reporting Performance. Developing and sharing an in-depth knowledge of the boutique business
  • Providing to the team a strong sense of purpose by inspiring a cohesive team spirit. Training, coaching and motivating them to achieve their individual KPI’s and perform above expectations.
  • Managing and ensuring that Store Operations are perfectly followed (corporate guidelines) to enable the team to perform at their very best on the shop floor
  • Ensure highest level of service to After Sales Clients
  • Exceptional communication skills with a style reflective of a luxury brand
  • Ensure that the “Selling Ceremony” is respected by all team members while delivering a flawless in store journey to clients
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community (Edinburgh and beyond).
  • Achieve monthly and yearly Boutique turnover and KPI targets set by Chisholm Hunter and Vacheron Constantin
  • Achieve personal targets (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Deliver a flawless in store journey to clients, inspire other team members
  • Strong CRM and client treatment expertise to drive traffic and business opportunities
  • Manage and promote boutique’s KPIs to enhance business growth and to develop you team
  • Act as a business enabler for the boutique team to grow and engage client’s database
  • Develop relationships and build a network of key contacts, build brand awareness and recruit new clients.
