- People Management – holding regular 121s, coaching and developing and creating a winning environment and celebrating success
- Sales Floor Management – ensuring all basic processes are followed and the client needs are being met
- Stock Management – reviewing and analysing data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising
- Building Long Lasting Client Relationships – taking customer care to the next level, going the extra mile
