The Role: Experienced Goldsmith / Bench Jeweller
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Goldsmith / Bench Jeweller with a passion for jewellery and a meticulous eye for detail. A proven track record of consistently achieving key performance indicators is paramount.
Our workshop is fully equipped with state of the art machinery, including a laser welder. Experience in this would be desirable but not essential as training would be provided.
- Polishing/Rhodium - to a high standard
- Soldering (use of the mircoweld for chains, shanks, bracelets)
- Ring sizing (Laser use not essential)
- Pearl removal/reattaching
- Cleaning and maintenance of machines & tools
- Stock replenishment (parts, metal, tools)
- Quality checks
- Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
- Achieve and exceed agreed weekly KPIs
- Supporting team/workshop manager

Key Accountabilities:
Minimum 2 years experience required - ideally in a fast paced workshop environment.
A HND qualification in Silversmithing and Jewellery Design is desirable.
