"We went today to purchase wedding bands at the shop in argyle arcade, Glasgow. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn't feel pressurized to buy and when I didn't like the initial ring I chose they suggested several other designs they had in their store room. It was one of these other rings I eventually bought! They also cleaned my engagement ring free of charge (before I had chosen my wedding band). After we purchased the rings they gave us a complimentary glass of champagne and strawberries! I would whole heartedly recommend this shop, especially the argyle arcade one."

All the staff were very friendly and happy, and obviously enjoyed their jobs. I was able to go away and think about my choice before going back which I was welcomed, and the staff remembered me, it makes such a difference to go into a store, where staff have taken the time to get to know you and remember you. I still couldn’t make up my mind so went away a second time and then decided to buy from the website.
